Ralf Rangnick response to Manchester United draw against Aston Villa
"It is hard to acknowledge this outcome subsequent to being 2-0 up and in a significant minutes of the game, I think it was the best performance since I was employed. In the beginning thirty minutes, we totally overwhelmed and controlled the game ready. When protecting our goal, we played minimized and tight.
"Yet, once more, when you are 2-0 up and throw away two important points, it nearly feels like a loss, yet we need to look forward and remove the best from it. Overall,it was an excellent presentation today."
On disillusionment they didn't score at least a time or two in the first half: "We had different opportunities to score a second or third goal. We scored on the 70th minutes, and 2-0 up with 20 minutes to play, we ought to have the option to go home with three points. However, with the way we reduced our play, we need to play like that for 90, 95 minutes, not only 70 minutes"
On character to get a draw: "There are no simple games in the Premier League and there are generally matches where it can put in any amount of work that way. The equivalent was valid today. We had sufficient experience on the pitch to control the game and do the right things well for the remainder of the game. We didn't and we have one point rather than three."
